No two people are alike, and no client is alike. I have experience working with anxiety, depression and post traumatic stress, as well as life adjustments and stress management. I utilize an integrative approach including CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, as well as Play Therapy. We hope you like dogs! Bitsy and Buddy are a fixture at our office and have become our unofficial "Therapy Dogs". They both enjoy belly rubs and napping.
